Colorado Springs Will Be Home to CarpetsPlus Color Tile’s 2008 Member Summit

Chattanooga, TN — 4/28/08 CarpetsPlus Color Tile® will hold its 2008 Summit in Colorado Springs, October 10 - 13. CarpetsPlus Color Tile member Mark Strauch, owner of Floor Craft, will be hosting the Summit.

Each year, CarpetsPlus Color Tile holds a Summit to enhance member businesses through networking, sharing best practices, educating members through training and to introduce new products and programs. These Summits are hosted by a CarpetsPlus Color Tile member who opens his business for the benefit of the group.

In business for over 65 years, Floor Craft is the oldest floor covering store in Colorado Springs. A few years after opening, George Strauch bought his partner’s share of the company. In 1977, Robert Strauch purchased the company from his father and after Robert retired in 1998, the store was passed on to his sons Mark and Larry. The Strauch family considers their business a valuable heirloom, passed from generation to generation. They joined CarpetsPlus Color Tile in 1997.
